Alongside our primary mining equipment work, we handle the fixed installations on the same sites: control rooms, electrical and server rooms, workshops, administration buildings, gatehouses and technical spaces.
01 / Approach
Equipment spaces are not office spaces
Control rooms, electrical rooms and server rooms are continuous-duty environments with equipment-driven heat loads and no occupancy variation. They need units selected for that duty, airflow that reaches behind panels and racks, and maintenance that can be done without shutting the room down.
Workshops need extraction and air movement before cooling capacity, and administration buildings need zoning that matches how the space is actually occupied today rather than when it was built.
